How to make homemade Meatballs

This meatballs are very juicy & tasty, make your own meatballs at home. Super healthy. INGREDIENTS  a slice of bread-  200g minced meat 1/4 cup of Chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped garlic  Salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp lemon juice  Parmesan cheese  Chopped parsley & mint or basil  First soak your bread in some water for few minutes. Then mash it. Now mix all ingredients with the meat. Make medium size balls out of the mixture  & place it on a oiled baking pan or tray,  If you wanna freeze it you can directly place the balls in a plastic ziplock bag carefully & freeze for many days. Once you arrange your meatballs on you pan , pour oil all over the meatballs,  Bake On 225degrees Of Celsius for about 30-40 minutes, make sure you add enough oil to your pans while you bake,  Or you can pan fry the meatballs.  Then stir in spaghetti sauce or any sauces & serve.  Try the recipe & let us know the feedbacks,

How to Make Chocolate Brownies Without Dark Chocolate

It’s just amazing to have a bite of this brownie, easily made without dark chocolates, just few ingredients & delicious chocolate brownies.  It’s a simple recipe, i toped it with a chocolate frosting & cocoa powder. Mixed some chocolate chips with the brownie batter, if you don’t have chocolate chips just add some chopped milk chocolates .  Frosting is just a optional, u can make without it. INGREDIENTS  1 cup butter - Around 220g 2 cups of sugar  2 tsp vanilla extract  4 eggs 3/4 cup of cocoa powder ( light) 1 cup of flour  1/4 tsp baking powder ( optional) A pinch of salt TOPPING  Milk chocolates 6 tbsp butter 6 tbsp cocoa powder  2-4 tbsp Milk 2 cups powder sugar MAKING THE BROWNIES  melt the butter over a double boiler or in a microwave ,  Stir in sugar & vanilla until Combined. Beat the eggs.  Add in dry ingredients & stir, mix chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.  Pour in to your baking pan,  Bake 20-30 minutes on 200degrees of Celsius. MAKING CHOCOLATE FROSTING 

How to make ITALIAN STUFFED BREAD || recipe with filling

Bored with bread & pizzas ??? Try this amazing recipe today. It’s hard bread with soft cheesy layers inside.  Italian breads are always amazing. So i choose this recipe to share with you all today,   For that, we need to make a simple bread dough & a filling, then spreading the filling all over the flattened dough & roll it.  Let’s go to the recipe . INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH  1. 2 cups of flour  2. 1 tsp instant dry yeast  3. 200ml of warm water 4. 1/2 tap salt 5. 2 tbsp olive oil ( veg oil) Sugar optional. Add all ingredients to your mixing bawl & mix well, knead a little & transfer the dough to your cleaned floured table top. Kneed the dough for about 5-8 minutes till you get a smooth & soft dough. Place it on a clean greased bawl. Cover it & rest for at least 4 -6 hrs. When you make breads & pizzas always remember to add little yeast instead adding in 1tbsp-2tbsp . Let it rest as long as you can, minimum 6hrs to 24 hrs. This will give you the perfect

Fluffy pancakes

A perfect fluffy pancakes are always a incredible breakfast you could ever have, it’s quick,and very simple.  This pancakes will be in your plate in just 15 minutes. DRY INGREDIENTS  1 and half cup of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder,   1/2 tsp of salt  2 tbsp of sugar. Give it a good mix and set aside.  WET INGREDIENTS  Whisk an egg    in a separate bawl,  Add 1 cup of milk,  2 tablespoons of oil, give it a good stir. Now the final process, mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix evenly to a smooth batter. This is thick, & a silky batter ,which is loaded with delicious milky flavor! Pour a spoon full of batter to your heated pan and cook each side for about 2 minutes. The beautiful nice and fluffy pancakes are ready to serve!

INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup of condensed milk, 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of butter in room temperature, 2 tbsp sugar & a pinch of salt, Half a tea spoon baking powder, 2 tbsp ginger extract . Mix the condensed milk & the ginger extract. Set a side, Now start adding the dry ingredients to a bawl & mix well. Take a large bawl, add the dry ingredients & the butter, beat it well till you get a soft crumble mixture,  Now adding the condensed milk & mix well with a spatula. Don’t beat the mixture, if you over beat it , you won’t be able to handle. Now add the cocoa powder & mix well till you get a dough.  Place it middle of a parchment paper or a plastic wrap, roll it slowly to a 1 inch thick disk, Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Take out the dough & cut into 8 stripes, rollout the each stripe following the video , place the sticks on the greased baking pan,  Refrigerate unwrapped for another 10 minutes, while pre heat your oven on 180degree

Srilankan coconut rotty | coconut flat breads

Coconut lovers always look for something new to make with coconut when ever they get coconut..... “coconut” 😁 it’s all about coconut 🥥, an amazing recipe that everyone loves. It’s Just a simple flat bread made with coconut, flour salt & water, people use many different ways to make it, some add butter in it, some add vegetables or some add onions, but these are the 4 ingredients if you need to make the traditional one.  Take a large mixing bawl,  Take about 2 cups flour, 3/4 cup of coconut, salt & warm water to knead. Experts never measure the amount of coconut & flour, they just add accordingly, it’s up to you how much coconut you need, the more you increase the coconut the more you get the tasty breads.  Once you finish kneading, divid it into equals, roll into a medium thick flat disks,  Heat a pan on your stove , here the people use clay pans traditionally which gives a nice smell to the breads, but if you don’t have it no problem, go to the option w

Brown flour flat breads/buns

This is a very healthy bread for those who need to avoid the plain flour, i tried to make it my self using a simple way & surprisingly it turned supper tasty. Serving it warmly with some delicious side dishes or fillings will make your days. Do try & let us know the feedbacks.  Ingredients   *120ml warm milk *2tbsp oil/butter ( mix both together) Dry ingredients  *180g brown flour  *1tbsp yeast *1tbsp sugar  *1tsp salt Beat one egg in a bawl, add the milk mixture in it & mix it,  Slowly add the dry ingredients & combine. Knead into a soft dough,  Store in a warm place until double in size. If you don’t find a warm place , heat your oven on 250degrees for 10-15 minutes, switch it off, now place the dough in it covered. It will firm within 1 or 1-1/2 hrs.  Roll out the dough as you see in the video to a 1/2-1 inch thick sheet. Fish patties / tikki

This is a healthy way of making a pattie , it’s like tikki, but i used as a pattie for my “brown flour flat bread” burgers ,  Ingredients  Boiled & mashed fish -1 cup Thinly grated Potatoes- 1/2 cup Chilly powder    - depends  Pepper powder - depends  Salt to taste Corn flour (option)- 2 tbsp Lemon juice -1 tsp Breadcrumbs to knead Put all except in a bawl & mix well, knead into a dough adding breadcrumbs. Add it till you get a mixture to dough consistency,  Make small thin patties out of the dough. Make it thinly, otherwise inside will go uncooked,  Pan fry it over low flame , fry both the sides very well. You can deep fry if like to.  That’s it. U can just eat it or make burgers & sandwiches too. 

Thandoori naan | cooked in direct fire

Thandoori naan mean the naan cooked in direct fire, there is a different between cooking over a pan & cooking in direct fire, the smoky flavor raises the taste of the naan . This is very easy to make & a traditional way of naan makers. Now mix all ingredients in a bawl & kneed it , add water accordingly, you’l get a sticky stretchy dough. If it sticks apply some oil on your palms & handle, no need to knead for a long time, make sure the ingredients are mixed well, smooth the dough using ur oiled palms & let it rest until double in size.
