EASY CHEESY SAUSAGES WRAP

Ingredients   wrap  2 cups plain flour.  Salt to taste.  Water.       1-2 tbsp butter     Curry   sliced sausages.  Large green chilly .  Crushed onion.  Carrots.  Salt.  Pepper powder.  Cheese ( shredded)     Direction of wrap   Add salt and butter to the flour and add water.  Make a fine dough.  Let it rest for about 15 mints.  Direction of curry   1.  Take some batter in a pan.. 2.  Let it melt and add onion, carrots,chilly and salt to it.stir well and cook for about 3  minutes..  3.  Now add the sausages and spices . 4.  Keep stirring for few minutes and add cheese. 5.  Let the cheese melted .  6.  turn off the stove.  7.  Take a medium size ball from your dough and flat it.  8.  Make a large and very thin round.  9.  Heat your pan and put this wrap on the pan.  10.  Cooke both sides on medium flame.  11.  Once you done put it on a plate and add some curry on it .  12.  simply rol

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients  unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/4 cup  all purpose flour - 2 cups sugar cups - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda - 1 1/2  teaspoon baking powder - 3/4  salt - 1 teaspoon eggs - 2 vegetable oil - 1/2 cup       Chocolate chips  Direction Beat the vegetable oil and eggs until get a smooth and creamy mixture. shift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & baking powder to a bawl and add sugar. Combine well.  add the egg mixture to the shifted dry ingredients and beat them  .you will get a thick batter.   take your greased baking tray and scoop little dough on the try.  Make a 1/4" thick round shapes or flat the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin and cut the  shapes using a cookie cutter.  Now sprinkle the chocolate chips on shaped dough and press little. Preheat the oven for 10 mints in 180  ºC  and bake the cookies for 5 - 10 mints .    leave it for about 10 mints to cool down and serve.

how to make cupcakes

Ingredients plain flour - 200 g  caster sugar - 200 g 2 teaspn of baking powder.  2 eggs.  (veg ) oil ( or butter) - 200 g  dry fruits ( optional)  salt (optional).   note: here you can use any kind of oil, it gives a very nice texture to the muffins.         or if you don't want to use oil you can replace it using same amount of melted  batter. Direction Take your dry ingredients and shift them to a bawl . next beat the eggs for about 3 minutes (until creamy).  Add vanilla extract and oil.  Beat them until get a creamy & smooth mixture. Now add your shifted dry ingredients  little by little and continue  mixing.  once you done add dry fruits and whisk once. The muffins butter is  ready. pour the butter into muffin cups and bake it for  20 minutes in  190 ° C  . If you done, take out the muffins from the oven and decorate with  whipped creams , dry fruits or anything you like and serve....

Easy Ginger toffee (fudge)

Ingredients  sweetened condensed milk ( milk maid )  - 1/2 cup ginger juice - 1 cup sugar  - 1 cup      crushed coconut - 1/2 cup  Place ginger juice ,condensed milk and sugar in a pot.   heat it in medium hot until the sugar dissolved.  keep stirring.  when the sugar is dissolved increase the heat and let it boil.. when it's boiling add coconut and Stir until the mixer is light  golden and comes away from the side of the pot. turn off the fire and put the mixer to a tray. spread it. Using a knife, score top of mixture into squares and set aside for  until firm. cut it to squares and serve...

Yummy yellow rice

Ingredients : rice  - 250 g (any kind) 5 Samll onions.  Garlic - 4 pieces (sliced)  Cinnamon  stick.  Curry leaves.  Bay leaves. mint leaves.  Coconut milk,  turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn  cashew nuts & raisins( dried grapes) salt heat the oil and batter add onion,garlic,curry leaves,bay leaves,mint leaves,cinnamon and heat until fragrant,  stirring, about 30 seconds.  Add the rice and milk .stir well . add salt and turmeric powder and bring it to boil.  Add the cashew nuts & raisins Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered, without stirring until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, without stirring, for 10 minutes.     Fluff with a fork and serve.

Ingredients : 3 large potatoes.  1 medium size onion & 2 small onions.  2 green chillies.(crushed)  Curry leaves.  Salt.  Gram flour.  Bread crumbs.  Crushed chilly powder.  Pepper powder.     step - 01 take a pot and put the potatoes and water . Add some salt and bring them to boil.. Steam your potatoes well. Check with a fork , if the fork can go through the potatoes , it's done. Now turn off the fire .  Drain all water and peel out the potatoes.crush them.  Now take a pan or pot and add some oil. When it's heating add onion, green chilly,curry leaves , salt and cook for about 2 minutes.  You can also add tuna, chicken or beef to this curry. But before you add the chicken or beef you must boil and cut them to small pieces or crushed.   Now add the potatoes and spices .Mix them well and cook for another 2 minutes. it's done let it cool  and make  medium size balls from that. step - 02 take some gram flour and add little

How to make pizza..... no oven

Ingredients :  all purpose flour - 250 g   Instant active dry yeast - 5 g   veg oil or melted butter - 2 tabl spoons.  Salt to taste.  Sugar - 1 1/2 tbl spoon mozzarella cheese sauce  your favorites for topping If you use active dry yeast, mix the yeast in 1/4 cup luqe warm water and let it foamed for few mints and mix with the flour. pizza dough   add all ingredients to a bawl and mix them well.  add some warm water to make a fine  smooth dough.  Add water little by little. If your dough get sticky add some additional flour or if your dough get dry then add some oil    knead until the dough form into a ball. grease a large bawl and apply some oil. Now keep your dough in that bawl and apply some oil on top of the dough. Now cover with a wet towel or a plastic wrap. Keep it in a warm area and let it double in size.       the dough ready to make the pizza. make a medium size ball from that dough and put it in your pan. flat it into large
