How to Make Chocolate Brownies Without Dark Chocolate




It’s just amazing to have a bite of this brownie, easily made without dark chocolates, just few ingredients & delicious chocolate brownies. 

It’s a simple recipe, i toped it with a chocolate frosting & cocoa powder. Mixed some chocolate chips with the brownie batter, if you don’t have chocolate chips just add some chopped milk chocolates . 
Frosting is just a optional, u can make without it.

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup butter - Around 220g
2 cups of sugar 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
4 eggs
3/4 cup of cocoa powder ( light)
1 cup of flour 
1/4 tsp baking powder ( optional)
A pinch of salt

TOPPING 
Milk chocolates
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp cocoa powder 
2-4 tbsp Milk
2 cups powder sugar

MAKING THE BROWNIES 
melt the butter over a double boiler or in a microwave , 
Stir in sugar & vanilla until Combined.
Beat the eggs. 
Add in dry ingredients & stir, mix chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. 

Pour in to your baking pan, 
Bake 20-30 minutes on 200degrees of Celsius.

MAKING CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
Beat the butter until fluffy, stir in the milk & cocoa powder, add sugar gradually to your taste. 
Don’t add all at once, add 1-1/2 cup first & then add the remaining As needed. 

Once the brownies are done, let it cool down, 
Spread your frosting, dusting the cocoa powder on top, cut your slices & enjoy with a scoop of ice cream. So delicious 😋
