How to make Nasigoreng

1 1/2 c Long Basmati rice ( cooked) 1 tsp garlic slices/ grated. 1/4 tsp grated ginger  2-3 medium  Onions, cut in half, sliced  2  Fresh green chilies, seeded,  Some Spring onion (1/2" length) 8-10 prawns  250 g-300 g Skinless  chicken breast ( fried and sliced) 1 tsp Paprika  1 tsp  soy sauce  3 -4 tbsp tomato ketchup  1 1/2 tsp chilly powder 1/2 cup shrimp paste / to taste ( how to make shrimp paste  ) http://www.zaraskitchen.co/2015/12/shrimp-paste.html 2 tsp Butter  1 1/2 tsp seasoning oil Chopped Bell peppers Directions Heat butter and seasoning oil in a large skillet.  Add onions, ginger,garlic and chilies and fry 2 minutes.  Add salt. Add spring onion, bell peppers and prawns .fry gently 10 minutes until cooked. Now add chicken and remaining ingredients and mix well.( if u wanna make it spicy add some extra shrimp paste) Add rice and and cook 5-6 minutes or until piping hot,  stirring constantly. Shrimp paste

Ingredients 1 cup shrimp (washed) 1 tbsp oil 1/4 tsp grated garlic 2 tbsp tomato ketchup ( as required) 3-4 tbsp crushed red chilly/to taste 1 tsp chilly powder Salt to taste Directions Grind the shrimp into a powder. Add oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and salt. Let it fry for 2 mints. Stir evenly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow it to cook for about 30 seconds and turn off the heat. If u feel the past is dry.. Add some extra ketchup and stir.

Cannelloni Bites

Ingredients   Cannelloni Tubes 5/6 ( parboiled for 2 min) 1 large onion (chopped) Tomato 1 medium size (chopped) 1 tin of Tuna Cheese 1/4 cup Pepper and Salt to taste Chilly Powder to taste Garlic 1 clove (chopped) Butter 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Coriander leaves (optional) Coating  2 eggs Bread Crumbs Cornflour/flour Oil for frying Direction of Filling Take a pan, add butter and let it melt.  Add the tuna and let fry for 2 to 3 min.  Add in the garlic, tomato, soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it cook for 3 to 4 min.  Then, add the cheese and give a good mix.  Once everything incorporates well add in the onion and cook for 2 min.   If u prefer u can add coriander leaves. Directions of making bites Take the cannelloni tubes and cut each tube into 3 parts. Keep it aside.  Take each small tube and fill each with the filling which we prepared.  Fill all the tubes.  Coat all the tubes in cornflour/flour and den give each tube an egg

Khaman Dhokla ..(steamed besan cake) Simple and yummy

Dhokla ingredients  1 1/4 cup gram flour 1/3 cup semolina  2 tbsp eno salt 2 tbsp ginger and green chilly paste 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp turmeric powder  Salt to taste Water 1/2 cup yogurt ( optional) 1/2 tsp citric acid/ lemon juice For Temperate 1/2 tsp mustard seeds a pinch of cumin seeds 3 tbsp oil Some grated coconut Chopped coriander leaves Curry leaves Pinch of salt Asafetida Little water    Making of Dhokla Mix gram flour,citric acid  ,yogurt, sugar and semolina in a bawl. Add warm water and make a thick batter. Let it soak for about 15 mints. Now add salt, oil, turmeric , ginger-green chilly paste mix it well. Place a large vessel on the stive and add water. Place a ring inside and cover it. Bring it to boil. Now add eno to the batter and give a quick stir. Place a greased baking tray on the ring. Broken glass jelly pudding

Ingredients packets of jelly Crystals - 4 or 5 Boiling water - 2 cups + for jelly Milkmaid/sweetened condensed milk - 300 or 360 g gelatin - 2 envelopes (10-14 g) Direction Make the jelly according to the packet's instructions. Let it set and cut into cubes. Set aside. Mix the gelatin in two cups of boiling water till dissolved. Add the milk maid. Whisk it well. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Take a glass baking tray. Fill it with the jelly cubes. Now pour the milkmaid mixture over the jelly cubes. Refrigerate until set. Cut into cubes and enjoy.
