beef stock pasta

Beef stock 300 -500 g beef 3 -4 tbsp oil Salt 1-2 tsp pepper powder 1 medium onion 3-4 curry leaves 1 tbsp grated carrots (optional) Heat the oil in a heavy bottom vessel. Now add the onion and curry leaves.  Add other all ingredients and stir well. Add 3-4 cups of water. Add enough salt and cook covered till the beef is softened. Ingredients   300g beef 1 large onion  2 -3 green chillies( sliced) 1 small tomato 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Water 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp lemon juice Spice mixture  5-6 garlic pods Small ginger piece  2 cloves 2 cardamom 4-5 curry leaves Crush or grind them together.Keep aside. Curd mixture  2-3 tbsp curd 4-5 tsp red chilly powder 2-3 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder Mix well into a smooth paste. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin and mustard seed and allow it to splutter. Now add the onion and a pinch of salt. Leave it to fried until golden. Now Add the spice mixture , tomatoes, green chilling and some curry leaves Stir well.add salt. Cook covered till the tomatoes lose their stiffness. Stir well  the spices till well combined. For this you have to make a rotti dough. You can make chapathi  dough. You can use plain flour instead of atta for make a plain flour dough. Dough ingredients  2 cups of (atta) wheat flour/ plain flour 2 tbsp oil. Salt to taste. Warm water. Direction Knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for  1 hr. Make a potato filling or keema filling to your taste. And follow the steps . finally apply some butter on top (optional) serve hot.
