Fish patties / tikki
This is a healthy way of making a pattie , it’s like tikki, but i used as a pattie for my “brown flour flat bread” burgers ,
Ingredients
Boiled & mashed fish -1 cup
Thinly grated Potatoes- 1/2 cup
Chilly powder - depends
Pepper powder - depends
Salt to taste
Corn flour (option)- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Breadcrumbs to knead
Put all except in a bawl & mix well, knead into a dough adding breadcrumbs. Add it till you get a mixture to dough consistency,
Make small thin patties out of the dough. Make it thinly, otherwise inside will go uncooked,
Pan fry it over low flame , fry both the sides very well. You can deep fry if like to.
That’s it. U can just eat it or make burgers & sandwiches too.
