Marshmallow

INGREDIENTS 2 tbs gelatine 1 cup water 2 cups sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cornflour mixed METHOD Add 1/2 cup water to the gelatin and leave aside. Take a pan, add sugar and rest of da water and let the sugar melt. Add the gelatine and let it boil. Once it boils off the heat. Pour it to a bowl, add vanilla and salt.  Beat on low speed until it cools down. It will take 2 to 3 min. Increase da speed and beat it until thick and creamy. Do not beat for sttiff consistency. Take a board that is covered with powdered sugar and cornflour mixture.  Add the marshmallow mixture into it. Let it set for few hours/over night Sprinkle more powdred sugr nd cornflr mix on top. And add some mixture to the knife before cutting. Cut into desired shape and serve

Caramel pudding

Ingredients 4eggs 400g sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cup water 2-3tsp vanilla extract 3tbsp sugar Description Caramelize the sugar & pour into the molds. Keep aside. Beet the eggs for 2 mints., add water, condensed milk & vanilla. Mix it well. Pour into the molds. Steam in a large pot which contains water for 30-40mints. Refregirate for about 2-3hrs. Herbal vada

Ingredients 1. Herbal leaves( coriander/ gotukola ... Etc) 2. Dhal ( soasked 1-1/2hrs) 3. Salt 4.pepper 5. Chilly flakes 6. Maldive fish 7. Curry leaves Directions 1.grind the dhal into a paste. 2. Mix with all other ingredients. 3. Apply oil on your palms. 4. Make small flat vada & deep fry undil golden over low heat. Enjoy with herbs chutney...
