Easy Murukku recipe

INGREDIENTS 250 g of all purpose flour 25g of butter Salt Cold water DIRECTIONS Mix all to gether with cold water and make a fine dough. It should be soft like a rottie dough Let it rest for 15 mints. Flate the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin . Cut it to any shapes you like. ( I prefer very thin dashes/ lines) Heat oil for deep fryng. Drop shaped dough into the oil and fry until light yellow color. Sprinkle some chilly powder on fried murukku. Note : this recipe is edited recently. Because this recipe is tastier than my old one.

Very easy vanilla ice cream recipe

Today i'm going to tell you a very easy basic vanilla ice cream recipe . made by a BLENDER Ingredients 1 cup cream 1/2 cup milk maid 1 tspn vanilla essence 1 1/2 tspn honey / sugar ( optional) Directions Beat the cream for 2 -3 minutes. Add essence ,honey and the milk maid. Mix it well . Pour into the blender cup and blend it in high speed for about 5  minutes , or you can use your beater. Place the mixture in freezer for 2 hrs. Take it out and wisk it using a spoon or hand mixture Again  freeze it for at least  6 hrs or over night. thats it......Scoop and enjoy.... its a very tasty and creamy ice cream. Sure you will love it.

How to make Butter chicken

INGREDIENTS Chicken marinate 250 g boneless chicken pieces 1/2 tspn red chilly powder 1/2 tspn coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste     Gravy 1 tblspn oil 50 g butter 1/2 tspn cumin seeds 1 medium size chopped onion 100 g mashed tomato Meshed Fenugreek leaves ( optional) Cashew nuts 1 sliced green chilly 1/2 tspn Red chilly powder 1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste 1/2 tblspn coriander powder 1 - 2 tabl spn tomato ketchup (optional) 5 ml cream salt to taste chopped coriander leaves directions Combine all marinate ingredients in a ball. Mix well Add oil and butter in a deep pan and heat it Add marinated chicken mix into the heated oil and fry them. Once the chicken cooked replace the chicken pieces into a ball . Now add onion,tomato,green chilly,salt, and other spices to that oil, stir and add 1/2 cup of water. Let it cook for about 10 mints or until tomatoes and onions are cooked . Simple Sago vada recipe

Ingredients  sago - 1/2 cup. ( boiled & mashed potato ) or (scraped raw potato) - 1 cup                                            Rice flour - 1/4 cup.  Red chilly powder  (to taste) pepper powder (to taste) salt (to taste) green chillies  - 2(chopped) coriander leaves  (chopped) cumin seeds  - 1/2 tea spoon   baking soda - 1/4 tea spoon      Directions Wash the sago with cold water and soak it for about 5 hrs in normal water.  Drain it and squeeze all excess water . put squeezed sago in a bawl.  Add all other ingredients.  Mix and make it as a dough .  Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.  Make small balls and flat them little,  drop it to the heated oil,  fry in medium flame until golden.  Place fried vada to a paper towel .  Sago vada is ready to serve.

Ingredients     ingredients for the curry quantity beef  500 g large onions  2 green chillies  3 tomato  1 Garlic (full clove)   1 ginger Cinnamon stick.  1 Cardamom. 3 cloves  2 red Chilly powder    4-5 teaspoon Coriander powder 3-4 teaspoon Turmeric powder  1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder  1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.   1 teaspoon Salt   to taste Mustered seeds.  1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds.    1/2 teaspoon curry leaves coriander leaves Dough (dumpling) 750 g all purpose flour or wheat flour  shredded  coconut Salt.                                        SPICES CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR TASTE. Direction crush ginger,garlic,cardamom,cloves  Take a deep pan or pot and add oil & heat it. Add musters seeds to the heated oil and let them splutter.

how to make Sweet appam / adai

Ingredients :  rice flour - 1cup. All purpose flour - 1cup.  ( or you can use 2 cups all purpose flour without rice flour) Sugar - 1 cup (or to your taste) Coconut milk - 1 -2 cups 1 egg. baking soda - 1 1/2 teaspoon. Pinch of salt ( very little ). Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon. Cardamom - 5       Direction 1st you have to roast the cardamom and cumin seeds .   Take a pot and add both ingredients and turn on the stove...  Keep stirring and roast it in lower flame.  Observe the change of color in the seeds. Roast until the cumin seeds had dark brown color.  Turn off the stove . It's too hot, so let it for few minutes and grind them using a blender .  Now add your all ingredients to the blender cup and make a thick batter.  Drain the mixture to a bawl through a fine sieve .  Now keep the mixture aside for about 8 hr or overnight.  The mixture is done.. Now take your idly pot and apply some oil on the idly tray. Drop some appam mix

How to make chapati

 Ingredients. atta flour/ brown flour  lukewarm water.  Oil salt.  ghee/butter  directions.  I didn’t mention a measurement of the ingredients here, you can take the amount you want accordingly.  We adding oil to give a moist to the dough, so don’t add too much, a little is enough, bcz we’ll be applying ghee / butter at last,   Watch chapati video on YouTube  Mix salt , little oil and flour in a bawl. Add water and knead by hand or a dough mixture.  Add water accordingly, don’t add too much at once,  Make a fine dough and divide equally, roll each parts to smooth balls & place on a dusted bawl & cover it, let it rest for about 20-30 minutes.  Now take a little ball from that dough and flat it to a small disk shape, fold the edges to the middle,  Heat your pan and cook Both sides of the chapati. Add some butter or ghee on top and serve.  Once it puffs up remove it from the heat & apply some butter or ghee if you prefer, or you eat plain chapaties if you are
