Easy Ginger toffee (fudge)
Ingredients
sweetened condensed milk ( milk maid ) - 1/2 cup
ginger juice - 1 cup
sugar - 1 cup
crushed coconut - 1/2 cup
- Place ginger juice ,condensed milk and sugar in a pot.
- heat it in medium hot until the sugar dissolved. keep stirring.
- when the sugar is dissolved increase the heat and let it boil..
- when it's boiling add coconut and Stir until the mixer is light golden and comes away from the side of the pot.
- turn off the fire and put the mixer to a tray.
- spread it.Using a knife, score top of mixture into squares and set aside for until firm.
