CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


Ingredients 

  1. unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/4 cup 
  2. all purpose flour - 2 cups
  3. sugar cups - 1 1/2
  4. teaspoons baking soda - 1 1/2 
  5. teaspoon baking powder - 3/4 
  6. salt - 1 teaspoon
  7. eggs - 2
  8. vegetable oil - 1/2 cup      
  9. Chocolate chips 

Direction


  • Beat the vegetable oil and eggs until get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • shift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & baking powder to a bawl and add sugar. Combine well. 
  • add the egg mixture to the shifted dry ingredients and beat them  .you will get a thick batter.  
  • take your greased baking tray and scoop little dough on the try. 
  • Make a 1/4" thick round shapes or flat the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin and cut the  shapes using a cookie cutter. 
  • Now sprinkle the chocolate chips on shaped dough and press little.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 mints in 180 ÂșC and bake the cookies for 5 - 10 mints .   
  • leave it for about 10 mints to cool down and serve.
