how to make cupcakes
- plain flour - 200 g
- caster sugar - 200 g
- 2 teaspn of baking powder.
- 2 eggs.
- (veg ) oil ( or butter) - 200 g
- dry fruits ( optional)
- salt (optional).
note: here you can use any kind of oil, it gives a very nice texture to the muffins.
or if you don't want to use oil you can replace it using same amount of melted batter.Direction
- Take your dry ingredients and shift them to a bawl .
- next beat the eggs for about 3 minutes (until creamy).
- Add vanilla extract and oil.
- Beat them until get a creamy & smooth mixture.
- Now add your shifted dry ingredients little by little and continue mixing.
- once you done add dry fruits and whisk once. The muffins butter is ready.
- pour the butter into muffin cups and bake it for 20 minutes in 190°C .
- If you done, take out the muffins from the oven and decorate with whipped creams , dry fruits or anything you like and serve....
