Easy Murukku recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g of all purpose flour
- 25g of butter
- Salt
- Cold water
- Mix all to gether with cold water and make a fine dough. It should be soft like a rottie dough
- Let it rest for 15 mints.
- Flate the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin .
- Cut it to any shapes you like. ( I prefer very thin dashes/ lines)
- Heat oil for deep fryng.
- Drop shaped dough into the oil and fry until light yellow color.
- Sprinkle some chilly powder on fried murukku.
Note : this recipe is edited recently.
Because this recipe is tastier than my old one.
