Easy Murukku recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of all purpose flour
  • 25g of butter
  • Salt
  • Cold water
DIRECTIONS
  • Mix all to gether with cold water and make a fine dough. It should be soft like a rottie dough
  • Let it rest for 15 mints.
  • Flate the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin .
  • Cut it to any shapes you like. ( I prefer very thin dashes/ lines)
  • Heat oil for deep fryng.
  • Drop shaped dough into the oil and fry until light yellow color.
  • Sprinkle some chilly powder on fried murukku.

Because this recipe is tastier than my old one.
