Easy Murukku recipe
INGREDIENTS 250 g of all purpose flour 25g of butter Salt Cold water DIRECTIONS Mix all to gether with cold water and make a fine dough. It should be soft like a rottie dough Let it rest for 15 mints. Flate the dough to 1/4" thickness using a rolling pin . Cut it to any shapes you like. ( I prefer very thin dashes/ lines) Heat oil for deep fryng. Drop shaped dough into the oil and fry until light yellow color. Sprinkle some chilly powder on fried murukku. Note : this recipe is edited recently. Because this recipe is tastier than my old one.
