Delicious double layer orange pudding

Orange is one of a favorite fruit of everyone. It’s a good vitamin c source & a refreshing fruit. You can just eat it, make a delicious juice & not only that, still, you can make your own jelly & puddings with the fresh orange juice. Here we have made a orange pudding & orange jelly & combined them together in one glass as a layered pudding. Such an amazing dessert for this summer .. We need 2 oranges, one for the pudding & one for the jelly,  First we’ll make the pudding & set in the refrigerator, Then we’ll make the jelly & pour over the pudding as a layer & set in the refrigerator again. Full chicken fry is the main dish of a special day meal, specially on weddings the people eagerly wait for this main VIP to their tables, so what if you can make this popular dish at home?? It sounds good right? Here you go... follow the recipe & make it now,  It’s very easy, you have to go with very simple steps,  Clean a skinless whole chicken,  Place it on a deep cooking pot.  Mix chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt & lemon juice in it, coat the chicken with this mixture very well.  Add 1 -1/2 cup of water , cook covered over medium flame. Turn the chicken upside down on a halfway of cooking.  Cook until the gravy dissolves completely.  You will see a thicken paste like spices are left in the pot.  Now fry the chicken, remember the chicken is already cooked. Arab’s basbousa / semolina cake, very easy recipe

It’s a delicious arabic dessert which is known as semolina cake too. It’s very popular in arabs , they make this cake for every special days & moment. A cup of gahwa served with this lovely dessert is always amazing. I learned this recipe from one of my arabic friend & it’s turned super yummy. Do you wanna try it??  Then follow the recipe,  INGREDIENTS   FOR CAKE  1 cup semolina 1 cup Yogurt  1 cup Coconut  3/4 cup Sugar  1 1/2  tsp baking powder  1/2 cup oil 2 tsp vanilla extract or cardamom powder  A pinch of salt GARNISH & POURS Almonds or nuts for garnish Sugar syrup or condensed milk/milk maid for pouring on top.  Mix all CAKE ingredients in a bawl,  spread on a greased baking pan . Watlappam is a famous srilankan dessert, no festival without watlappam for srilankan muslims. It’s a tasty dessert made with eggs & jaggery ,adding lots of cardamoms to the flavor. Out put of Combination of these 3 ingredients is incredible. I just love it. INGREDIENTS 10 large eggs 360g good quality jaggery  A pinch of salt Palm full if cardamom  1/2 cup if thick coconut milk ( optional) Step :1 Crush the cardamoms & Break the jaggery to small pieces, Add this two ingredients to a large pan & heat it. Heat until well melts,  add some water & stir well to make the caramel, leave it to cool. ( after cooled if it turns hard again , just add some warm water & stir well , or heat a little to melt it . Easy crispy murukku

Instantly made some crispy murukku to my eid plate. This is very special on eid & festivals, I remember the school days i use to buy a big packet of these murukku from shops & eat with my friends. Those days i had no idea how to make it, just knew to eat it😄It’s so exciting to learn to make our favorite foods.   To make this recipe you need few ingredients,  1 cup gram flour  1 cup rice flour  2 tsp chilly powder  2tsp salt 1 tsp sesame seeds  1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp butter 1/2 tsp turmeric powder  ( spices can be adjusted to your taste) Mix all in a bawl, add water & knead into a dough, it’s soft & doesn’t stick to the hand. Easy make milk barfi made with very few ingredients, super easy & super tasty. So milky.... try the recipe following the instructions. Watch video here https://youtu.be/mIXnruRDUlg INGREDIENTS   Milk powder - 1 cup Condensed mik - 50g Water - 30ml Ghee - 1 tbsp Garnish- chopped almonds  Mix the milk & condensed milk together in a bawl,  Heat the ghee in a pan over low flame,  Add all ingredients to the ghee( except almond) Stir continuously till you see the mixture leaves the sides of the pan . Continue cooking  for another 2 minutes Remove from the heat & transfer to a greased pan & spread evenly with a spatula, (if u can handle use your hands to shape it, )  Sprinkle the almonds on top & press well Leave it to cool down at least one hour, you can refrigerate too. Gula jamun is a tradition indian sweet & it’s very famous in the other Asian countries, beautiful golden dumplings in sugar syrup, they are pretty in shape & yummy in taste. How to make perfect pizza sauce

A key ingredient of pizza, we must know to make a perfect pizza sauce to enjoy the real taste of the pizza. Bring it to boil , cook until the ingredients get cooked well. Will take 5-7 minutes  Now allow it to cool & grind it very well . Pour the mixture to the pan again, add 2 tbsp tomato paste & some oregano, heat it again & cook until thickened, water should be completely dissolved ,  finally you will get a thick sauce .
