Chicken croissant- quick & easy



 this recipe is with very simple steps, you don’t have to wait for hours & go to freezer several times, you can make your croissant maximum within 2hrs, follow the instructions properly, watch vide recipe for more details, 

Easy chicken croissant recipe | croissant | simple & fast | chicken puffs

INGREDIENTS 
  1. 250g flour
  2. 100g butter 
  3. 2-1/2 tbsp of sugar 
  4. 160ml warm milk
  5. 1/2 tbsp yeast
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. ( beaten egg for egg wash)

Mix the milk, sugar, yeast in a mixing bawl, let it Ferm, add the flour, salt in it & kneed it into a soft dough. Cover it & leave it to firm & double in size.

Divide in to 6-8 equals, 




roll into thin circles, spread butter evenly in each dough & make sandwiches . 


So u’l get 6-8 layered sandwich dough, cover it & freeze for about 1/2 hr. After 1/2 hr the dough is ready to use


Now un wrap it, roll into a 1/4 thick sheet. 
Cut into 6-8 equals.( rectangular shape)





Spread sone pizza sauce, Place your fillings in the middle & fold both the sides, 
Place the croissants on a greased baking tray , let it raise for another 10-15 minutes, meanwhile pre heat your oven to 180degreese , 
Brush the croissants with a beaten egg.
Pop it the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes.




You can store this dough in freezer, roll it & cut the desire shapes of sheets from the dough , dust enough flour between the sheets to make sure it dough stick to each other, or place a parchment paper in between each sheet, wrap with a plastic wrap, put in a plastic bag & freeze.
