How to make ghee cookies



Ghee cookie one of my top favorite food . It’s absolutely tasty & melts in the mouth.. the texture & the flavor of this cookies are incredible. In every eid we make it to serve our visitors.. no one say no to this beauties. 
It’s a MUST TRY RECIPE. 

INGREDIENT 
120g ghee( vegetable or cow’s ghee)
120g icing sugar 
120g flour 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
A pinch if salt 

Directions 

  • It’s very simple, mix all ingredients in a bawl& knead with your hands. You’l get a dough like cookie dough.
  • Now make small balls out of the dough & place it on a greased lined baking pan.



  • Press a raisin or any nuts in the middle, it’s just an optional, you can leave it plain as well, or just press the middle with ur finger tips & fill with some jams😍it gives an extra flavor to the cookies.


Once you done, bake the cookies on 150-160 degrees of Celsius for about 15-20 minutes.

Take our the cookies, allow it to cool down, enjoy with a cup of coffee .

    Remember when you make & bake👇👇

    ⭐️ don’t over beat the dough, just knead it using your hands, depends on you ghee sometimes the dough will turn to a creamy texture like piping consistency, then don’t panic, just transfer the mixture to the piping bag & pip your beautiful cookies. 


    ⭐️ size : make it small in size, bcz it buffs while baking & turns little larger than the size we make. 


    ⭐️garnish: its an optional, u can either make plain cookies or garnished. 

    You can use nuts, cashews, raisins, tutyfruty & etc


    ⭐️bake : baking time not more than 15-20 minutes & not more than 150-160 degrees of Celsius.

    Bcz when you bake in high heat it cracks faster & burns .

    These cookies don’t need a very high flame, 150-160 degrees well enough. You should take it out before it changes the color. then you can get the smooth & soft cookies.
