Marshmallow



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbs gelatine
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cornflour mixed


METHOD

  • Add 1/2 cup water to the gelatin and leave aside.
  • Take a pan, add sugar and rest of da water and let the sugar melt.
  • Add the gelatine and let it boil. Once it boils off the heat. Pour it to a bowl, add vanilla and salt.
  •  Beat on low speed until it cools down. It will take 2 to 3 min. Increase da speed and beat it until thick and creamy.
  • Do not beat for sttiff consistency.
  • Take a board that is covered with powdered sugar and cornflour mixture. 
  • Add the marshmallow mixture into it. Let it set for few hours/over night
  • Sprinkle more powdred sugr nd cornflr mix on top. And add some mixture to the knife before cutting.
  • Cut into desired shape and serve
