Marshmallow
- 2 tbs gelatine
 - 1 cup water
 - 2 cups sugar
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp vanilla
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cornflour mixed
 
METHOD
- Add 1/2 cup water to the gelatin and leave aside.
 - Take a pan, add sugar and rest of da water and let the sugar melt.
 - Add the gelatine and let it boil. Once it boils off the heat. Pour it to a bowl, add vanilla and salt.
 - Beat on low speed until it cools down. It will take 2 to 3 min. Increase da speed and beat it until thick and creamy.
 - Do not beat for sttiff consistency.
 - Take a board that is covered with powdered sugar and cornflour mixture.
 - Add the marshmallow mixture into it. Let it set for few hours/over night
 - Sprinkle more powdred sugr nd cornflr mix on top. And add some mixture to the knife before cutting.
 - Cut into desired shape and serve
