Beef stock


  1. 300 -500 g beef
  2. 3 -4 tbsp oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1-2 tsp pepper powder
  5. 1 medium onion
  6. 3-4 curry leaves
  7. 1 tbsp grated carrots (optional)



  • Heat the oil in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • Now add the onion and curry leaves. 
  • Add other all ingredients and stir well.
  • Add 3-4 cups of water.
  • Add enough salt and cook covered till the beef is softened.
  • Remove frome the heat. 


Ingredients for pasta


  1. 200 g pasta
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 1 large tomato
  4. 1 large green chilly
  5. 2 small green chilly
  6. 2 garlic cloves ( grated)
  7. 4 -5 curry leaves( chopped)
  8. Chopped coriander
  9. 1-2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 3 tsp crushed red chilly
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  12. Salt to taste

Directions


  • Take a large pan.
  • Add 3 -4 tbsp oil.
  • Add chopped curry leaves and the onion .
  • Add a little salt.
  • Stir well and allow it to fried until light golden.
  • Now add green chillies, garlic and tomatoes.
  • Stir well and keep covered for few seconds to cook the tomatoes.
  • Now add 2-3 cups of beef stock and beef pieces how much you want.
  •  ( should be enough to cook the pasta, if your stock is not enough add water)
  • Add whole spices .
  • Add enough salt and stir well.
  • Now bring it to boil.
  • Add uncooked pasta.
  • Give it a stir and cook covered until the water is absorbed by the pasta .
  • If you feel to eat with some gravy then you don't want to allow it to dissolved.
  • Add coriander befor 2 mints to turn off the heat.
  • Garnish with freah coriander and serve hot.
  • Enjoy.

NOTE
  • you can include any vegetables for this recipe.
  • spices can be added as per to your taste
