Aloo /keema patatha( potato/keema flat bread)
- For this you have to make a rotti dough.
- You can make chapathi dough.
- You can use plain flour instead of atta for make a plain flour dough.
Dough ingredients
- 2 cups of (atta) wheat flour/ plain flour
- 2 tbsp oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Warm water.
Direction
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Let it rest for 1 hr.
- Make a potato filling or keema filling to your taste.
- And follow the steps .
- finally apply some butter on top (optional)
