Chicken fried rice


Ingredients

Basmati rice ( 500 g , boiled )

Chopped vegetables 
 1. Spring onion ( 3 )
 2. Carrots ( 1 medium)
 3. Beens ( 3 )
 4. Onion ( 2 medium)
 5. Green chilies ( 4 sliced)
 6. Curry leaves ( 5 )

  • 3 -4 eggs
  • 2 tsp pepper powder ( to taste)
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilly ( optional)
  • Prefer amount of Fried chicken/ beef ( sliced into small pieces)

Direction


  1. Heat oil in a vessel. 
  2. Add eggs and little salt. Stir and fry.
  3. Now add onions .stir and cook.
  4. Once the onion started to change its color, add green chilies and curry levels.
  5. Now leave until the onions become golden in color.
  6. Add all vegetables ,spices and salt.
  7. cook over high flam till vegetables are done. ( 1-2 mints , stir continuously. )
  8. Turn off the heat.
  9. Now add the vegetables and chicken/ beef pieces to the rice and mix well. 
  10. garnish with coriander and serve with hot chilly paste.
