Chicken fried rice
Ingredients
Basmati rice ( 500 g , boiled )Chopped vegetables
1. Spring onion ( 3 )
2. Carrots ( 1 medium)
3. Beens ( 3 )
4. Onion ( 2 medium)
5. Green chilies ( 4 sliced)
6. Curry leaves ( 5 )
- 3 -4 eggs
- 2 tsp pepper powder ( to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chilly ( optional)
- Prefer amount of Fried chicken/ beef ( sliced into small pieces)
Direction
- Heat oil in a vessel.
- Add eggs and little salt. Stir and fry.
- Now add onions .stir and cook.
- Once the onion started to change its color, add green chilies and curry levels.
- Now leave until the onions become golden in color.
- Add all vegetables ,spices and salt.
- cook over high flam till vegetables are done. ( 1-2 mints , stir continuously. )
- Turn off the heat.
- Now add the vegetables and chicken/ beef pieces to the rice and mix well.
- garnish with coriander and serve with hot chilly paste.
