Steamed biscuit cake


INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 100 g butter
  3. 100 g milk biscuits ( powdered)
  4. 80 g sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp instance  coffee/ cocoa powder 
  7. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp


DIRECTION


  • Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bawl until creamy. 
  • Add eggs 1 at a time and beat it until combined.add vanilla.
  • Now add mix the dry ingredients in a bawl and add little by little to the batter mixture and mix well.
  • Pour the butter into molds.
  • Take a large pot or a pan , add water, keep the molds inside and steam for 30-40 mints over medium flame.
  • Check with toothpick, if it comes out clean your cake is ready.
