INGREDIENTS Chicken marinate 250 g boneless chicken pieces 1/2 tspn red chilly powder 1/2 tspn coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste Gravy 1 tblspn oil 50 g butter 1/2 tspn cumin seeds 1 medium size chopped onion 100 g mashed tomato Meshed Fenugreek leaves ( optional) Cashew nuts 1 sliced green chilly 1/2 tspn Red chilly powder 1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste 1/2 tblspn coriander powder 1 - 2 tabl spn tomato ketchup (optional) 5 ml cream salt to taste chopped coriander leaves directions Combine all marinate ingredients in a ball. Mix well Add oil and butter in a deep pan and heat it Add marinated chicken mix into the heated oil and fry them. Once the chicken cooked replace the chicken pieces into a ball .
