How to make milk biscuits



INGREDIENTS


  1. 200 g plain flour
  2. 120 g butter
  3. 80 g powder sugar/ icing sugar
  4. 10 g custard powder
  5. 10g milk powder
  6. 20ml milk
  7. 1/4 tspn baking powder
  8. Milk for wash
  9. Colored chips    ( for decorations)

DIRECTIONS


  • Whisk the butter and sugar until creamy.




  • add milk and mix well.


  • Add flour, milk powder, custard powder and baking powder to a separate bawl and mix them well.






  • Now add the flour mixture to the butter mixture little by little .
  • Simply knead and make a dough.


  •  Let it rest for 5 mints.
  •  Now spread some flour and roll the dough into a thin sheet.
  • Cut the shapes. Keep on greased baking tray.
  •  Give a milk wash on top. Or pour milk.
  •  Sprinkle chips on top and press it.
  • Bake for 15 mints in 180C.


  • let it cool for 5 mints and serve.....
