Aloo /keema patatha( potato/keema flat bread)




  • For this you have to make a rotti dough.
  • You can make chapathi  dough.
  • You can use plain flour instead of atta for make a plain flour dough.

Dough ingredients 


  1. 2 cups of (atta) wheat flour/ plain flour
  2. 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Warm water.
Direction

  • Knead into a soft dough.
  • Let it rest for  1 hr.

  • Make a potato filling or keema filling to your taste.
  • And follow the steps .
  • finally apply some butter on top (optional)


serve hot.
