It’s an incredible sweet that you can eat nonstop.... soft & tasty cookie dough up & down .. dates in the middle. Absolutely awesome. Makings your eid table more attractive & giving a extra happiness to your every occasions. Try this recipe if you have never tried it before.... trust me you gonna love it.  Before i start the recipe, I would like to explain the trick of making dates filling. As we all know, there are many kinds of dates, dried, soft, fresh, hard & some with sugar, some with honey.. etc. Since it soft to touch no matter what kind of dates it is.. you can just heat it up with a tsp of rose water in a pan till you get a paste, & mix some cashews. Easy right?? 🙃 WHAT ABOUT THE HARD DRIES DATES???🤔 Don’t worry, here the trick . I used to make the filling with hard dried dates. How to make ghee cookies

Ghee cookie one of my top favorite food . It’s absolutely tasty & melts in the mouth.. the texture & the flavor of this cookies are incredible. In every eid we make it to serve our visitors.. no one say no to this beauties.  It’s a MUST TRY RECIPE.  INGREDIENT  120g ghee( vegetable or cow’s ghee) 120g icing sugar  120g flour  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp vanilla extract  A pinch if salt  Directions  It’s very simple, mix all ingredients in a bawl& knead with your hands. You’l get a dough like cookie dough. Now make small balls out of the dough & place it on a greased lined baking pan. Press a raisin or any nuts in the middle, it’s just an optional, you can leave it plain as well, or just press the middle with ur finger tips & fill with some jams😍it gives an extra flavor to the cookies. How to make spaghetti sauce at home

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE  1 medium onion - chopped  2-3 garlic pods - chopped  Pepper powder to taste Chilly powder- to taste Salt - to taste  1 to 1-1/2 cup of tomato purée  2 tbsp ketchup  2 tbsp tomato paste Chopped parsley  Chopped mint/ basil Chicken stock ( liquid/ cube) Add some oil on a pan, fry the onion & garlic. Add in the tomato purée, add the salt , chicken stock & spices. Mix well & cook covered for few minutes. once the sauce starts to thickened , add the chopped parsley & basils.  Stir well. The sauce is ready. Stir your cooked spaghetti in it. Or bour the sauce over the spaghetti. Serve with some delicious meatballs  Also, you can simply cook your meatballs in it for a extra flavor.  NOTE : if you prefer , mix some minced meat while you cooking the sauce. So you didn’t have to make meatballs or any side dishes.
