Dates pickle/ Acharu
Pickles & rice combination is the best thing that you can ever taste. When we bored with the regular curries, we always look for a pickle, it gives you a refreshing taste to your meal,


Heat some oil in a pan,
Dates pickle is mixed with sweet, spicy , salty & sour ,
Not only with rice , enjoy the taste with a slice of bread , it’s amazing.
You can make it with few ingredients in a very short time. It’s super tasty & super healthy.
INGREDIENTS
200g dates
7-8 garlic cloves
80g of onion( a large onion)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
3 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp vinegar
Remove the seeds from the dates, wash it & soak in boiling water for about 10 minutes ,
Grind the garlic cloves & onion , add the soaked dates & continue grinding, if needed add some water. You’l get a thick paste.
Heat some oil in a pan,
Add the mixture in it, add the remaining ingredients, sauté well for about 5-8 minutes over low medium flame.you will see the color changes to dark brown & the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, remove from the heat, let it cool, store in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
