Chicken tikki

Snacks are our life, during this ramazan  the snacks are very important for us, this is the season we all are craving for this little food, also an evening tea without a snack is so boring..



Chicken tikki is interesting recipe to make, it’s super easy to make & super delicious.

INGREDIENTS 

Boneless chicken
Garlic cloves
Chilly powder 
Pepper powder 
Salt
Coriander powder/ curry powder 
Oregano (optional)
( spices can be adjusted according to your taste)

Note ; it’s not compulsory to use just only these mentioned ingredients, you can add more if you need or skip any of it if you don’t wanna.



Grind all together very well.

Get ready with the coating ingredients 



Make small tikkies out of the mixture, you can either make it as tikki(flat thick circle) or long fingers 

Step 1 : coating with cornflour / rice flour 

Step 2: dipping into the beaten egg


Step 3: coating with breadcrumbs 



Deep fry over low medium flame,  or you can go for “pan fry” or “air fry” options if you really don’t like deep frying. 
Make sure it get fried well, don’t be hurry to fry so it will leave your tikkies raw inside.
Wait till  it turn golden brown .
