Caramel pudding


Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3tsp vanilla extract
  • 3tbsp sugar


Description

  • Caramelize the sugar & pour into the molds.

Keep aside.

  • Beet the eggs for 2 mints., add water, condensed milk & vanilla.
  • Mix it well.
  • Pour into the molds.
  • Steam in a large pot which contains water for 30-40mints.
  • Refregirate for about 2-3hrs.
  • Unmold the pudding upside down.
  • Enjoy...
