Caramel pudding
Ingredients
- 4eggs
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2-3tsp vanilla extract
- 3tbsp sugar
Description
- Caramelize the sugar & pour into the molds.
Keep aside.
- Beet the eggs for 2 mints., add water, condensed milk & vanilla.
- Mix it well.
- Pour into the molds.
- Steam in a large pot which contains water for 30-40mints.
- Refregirate for about 2-3hrs.
- Unmold the pudding upside down.
