Garlic flat bread




Ingredients 

  1. 250 - 300 g flour
  2. 1 tbsp instant dry yeast
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt- to taste
  5. Warm water
  6. Grated garlic 
  7. Oil

Direction 

  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bawl.
  • Add warm water and make a sticky smooth dough.
  • Leave it to 30- 45 mints in a warm place.
  • Divide onto 4-5 balls.
  • Roll each into thin circles.
  • ( not too thin)
  • Now brush some oil on top of the dough.
  • Sprinkle some grated garlic.
  • Simply roll it using a rolling pin to stick.
  • Now turn the other side and brush some water .
  • Heat a pan & Place the water greased side on it.
  • Cook over medium high flame .
  • Once it begun to puff up turn the other side.
  • Cooke quickly till the puffed points become black and take it out.
  • Serve hot .
