Potato bajjies
Bajji is a quick and easy snack ever. There is no much ingredients.a crispy layer with soft potato is really enjoyable snack. have it with your cup of tea during rainy days, and evenings..you will feel very happy with this food. So i'l tell you how to make this delicious recipey at home.
Ingredients :
thinly sliced potatoes.
1 cup of gram flour.
1/2 a cup of rice flour.
1 or 2 tspns of chilly powder( to your taste).
Salt to taste.
Water.
Lets start to make the butter.
Take all your dry ingredients in a bawl.
Mix them well and add water little by little to make a thick butter.
It should be very thick. So do not add more water.
Here the butter is done.
Now heat oil in a pan or a pot.
take your potato slices and drop them into the thick butter and it must be well coated on all the sides with that butter.
Now put it to the oil pan and fry it.
You must fry it in medium heat.
Cook both sides until golden brown.
Remove from oil and put it in a colander or a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
potato bajjies are ready now.try this and share your comments.
