Marshmallow
INGREDIENTS 2 tbs gelatine 1 cup water 2 cups sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cornflour mixed METHOD Add 1/2 cup water to the gelatin and leave aside. Take a pan, add sugar and rest of da water and let the sugar melt. Add the gelatine and let it boil. Once it boils off the heat. Pour it to a bowl, add vanilla and salt. Beat on low speed until it cools down. It will take 2 to 3 min. Increase da speed and beat it until thick and creamy. Do not beat for sttiff consistency. Take a board that is covered with powdered sugar and cornflour mixture. Add the marshmallow mixture into it. Let it set for few hours/over night Sprinkle more powdred sugr nd cornflr mix on top. And add some mixture to the knife before cutting. Cut into desired shape and serve
