channa dhal vadai

ingredients Channa dhal 2 cups 1 small onion chopped  Green chillies - 3 Dried red chillies - 3 Or 3 tsp crushed red chilly Curry leaves Grated ginger 1 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Baking soda 1 tsp 2 tbsp gram flour(optional) Directions Soak the dhal for about 6 hrs. Grind it to a thick paste adding little drops of water. Now take ur spices and grind them well.  Mix the dhal paste ,spices , gram flour and baking powder well. Now keep it a side for about 1/2 hr. Make shapes with your wet hands and fry over medium flame. 

Tuna rolls

Ingredients Plain flour -150g Egg -01 Cold water - 2 tbl spns Butter in room temperature Baking powder -1/4 tspn Pinch of salt 1whole egg for egg wash (beaten) Combine flour , salt, egg ,baking powder and cold water   In a bawl. Mix well and add butter little by little and knead the mixture to a fine dough. Once u done, cover it and let it rest for abt 10 mints. Fillings Potato ( cut into small pieces) Tuna fish Onion Green chilly Curry leaves Pepper powder Crushed red chilly Salt (Measure all these ingredients to your taste )  Get some oil in a pan and heat it. Add tuna pieces to the oil and let them fried. When it getting cooked add other ingredients and stir,  add aome water and leave it to cooked until the water dissolved And potatoes are cooked well. Turn off the stove. Now take a ball from your dough and roll it to thin rectangle shaped sheet. Keep fillings on a edge and roll it. Cut into eql size pieces (2") Give ...

Milkmaid jelly pudding

  1 tin of milk maid (400 g) /condense milk   2 strawberry jelly packs(200 g)  2.5 cups of boiling water (450 ml)  80 ml of additional water Mix boiling water and the jelly in a bawl until the jelly dissolved Divide the mixture into to potions  Take one part of that and mix with the milkmaid using a blender or a electronic beater. Add 50-80 ml of additional water to that mixture. Pour it to molds and refrigerate for about 1-2 hrs or  until set. Now pour the remaining jelly on top. Again Refrigerate , Wait until set and serve.
